This cleanse is designed for the winter season with warm broths, smoothies, and warm bowls. A great way to recharge, create more consistent eating habits, and find balance heading into the holiday season.
Day 1 - 3 includes:
1 - 8 oz lemon cayenne water
1 - 14 oz bowl of melon
1 - 12 oz fruit-based smoothies
1 - 8 oz ACK turmeric ginger lemon tea
1 - raw vegetable salad with avocado (lunch)
1 - 12 oz vegetable broth
1 - warm vegetable bowl (dinner)
1 - cinnamon hibiscus tea
Day 4 includes:
1 - 8 oz lemon cayenne water
1 - 14 oz bowl of melon
1 - 12 oz fruit-based smoothies
1 - 8 oz ACK turmeric ginger lemon tea
1 - warm lunch with the addition of whole, sprouted grains
1 - 12 oz vegetable broth
1 - warm dinner with sprouted legumes
1 - cinnamon hibiscus tea
Meals are delivered on Wednesday, February 19th.
All orders must be in by Friday, February 14th at 4PM.
