FAQ's
What makes ACKitchen different?
Most meal services claim to be personalized. Very few actually are. ACKitchen is built around the individual—drawing on decades of experience working with elite performers and in collaboration with top medical and performance teams. This is not a menu. It's a system designed to support how you live.
What does it cost?
Personal Meal Plans typically range from $44–$78 per day, depending on the number of meals and level of customization. Concierge services are tailored to the individual and begin with a consultation.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can place a one-time order or choose a recurring plan. For the greatest impact on your health, we recommend committing to at least four weeks.
Can I customize my meals?
Yes. On the Personal Meal Plan, you can choose from our menus and avoid up to five common ingredients: egg, fish, soy, red meat, and onion or garlic. For more advanced customization, including specific macros, dietary protocols, or broader ingredient modifications, we recommend Concierge.
When should I choose Concierge?
Choose Concierge when you need more than a meal plan—whether you're following a practitioner-directed protocol, managing multiple households, traveling frequently, or simply want a higher level of personalization and support.
Where do your ingredients come from?
We source locally whenever season and quality allow, partnering with regional farms for our meats and seasonal produce while carefully selecting the best organic ingredients from around the world when they can't be grown here.
Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences?
Yes. Every meal is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, free of refined sugars and industrially-refined seed oils, and can be further customized to accommodate many dietary preferences and ingredient exclusions.
How are the meals prepared?
Everything is made from scratch, to order, in our own kitchen. We break down whole vegetables by hand, cook in small batches, and currently prepare only about 600–700 meals each week across our entire delivery area. Our organic snacks, teas, bone broth, nut milks, and bean-to-bar chocolate are also made by hand. Nothing is mass-produced, frozen, or outsourced.
