Just blend with your favorite nut milk and banana. AC's smoothies feature two different flavors each week such as:
Blackberry Mango (mango, blackberry, cashew butter, aloe, chia, hemp, flax, maca)
Blueberry Aloe (blueberry, aloe, walnut, spinach, hemp, chia, flax, maca)
Turmeric Citrus (orange, grapefruit, turmeric, cashew, ginger, chia, hemp, flax, maca)
Toasted Almond Apple (apple, almond, aloe, ginger, chia, hemp, flax, maca)
Pineapple Mandarin (pineapple, orange, aloe, coconut, hemp, chia, flax, amla)
Coconut Strawberry (strawberry, orange, aloe, coconut, hemp, chia, flax, amla)
Each smoothie yields about 16 fl oz after blending with your banana and 8 fl oz of nut milk.
If you plan to freeze, please do so the day that you receive them. Good in the freezer for up to two months.
Smoothies are available as an add-on to your meal plan and are delivered on either Sunday or Wednesday.
