Comes with a 10-12 oz cup of smoothie ingredients, 8 fl oz bottles (mix of citrus, nut or seed milk), and bananas. Blend smoothie pack with the included mixer and banana. 

AC's smoothies feature two different flavors each week such as: 

Blackberry Mango (mango, blackberry, cashew butter, aloe, chia, hemp, flax, maca)
Blueberry Aloe (blueberry, aloe, walnut, spinach, hemp, chia, flax, maca)
Turmeric Citrus (orange, grapefruit, turmeric, cashew, ginger, chia, hemp, flax, maca)
Toasted Almond Apple (apple, almond, aloe, ginger, chia, hemp, flax, maca)
Pineapple Mandarin (pineapple, orange, aloe, coconut, hemp, chia, flax, amla)
Coconut Strawberry (strawberry, orange, aloe, coconut, hemp, chia, flax, amla)

If you plan to freeze, please do so the day that you receive them. Good in the freezer for up to two months.

Smoothies are available as an add-on to your meal plan and are delivered on either Sunday or Wednesday.
