Sunday's Delivery

 

Day 1 - 3

Wake Lemon Ginger Water

Consume first thing when you wake up.

8:00am Breakfast Melon Bowl

At least 20 minutes after morning water.

10:30am Smoothie 

Best as is, cold. 

11:30am Snack Turmeric Lemon Tea

12:30pm Lunch Warm Greens Salad

Warm in a small sauté pan over medium-low heat with a splash of water. Add vinaigrette and avocado. 

2:30pm Snack Dashi Mineral Broth

Warm slightly in a saucepan over medium heat. 

6:30pm Dinner Warm Vegetable Bowl

Warm in a saucepan over medium heat with a splash of water. Add vinaigrette. 

Snack Cinnamon Hibiscus Tea

At least 30 minutes after dinner.

 

 Wednesday's Delivery

Day 4 - 5

Wake Lemon Ginger Water

Consume first thing when you wake up.

8:00am Breakfast Melon Bowl

At least 20 minutes after morning water.

10:30am Smoothie 

Best as is, cold. 

11:30am Snack Turmeric Lemon Tea

12:30pm Lunch Supergrains Salad, marinated beets, carrots, spiced seeds, lemon vinaigrette

Warm in a pan with a splash of water. Fold together with vinaigrette. 

2:30pm Snack Turmeric Lemon Tea

At least 30 minutes after lunch.

6:30pm Dinner Warm Sprouted Lentil Bowl, sprouted seeds, snap peas, greens, dill vinaigrette

Warm in a small sauté pan over medium-low heat with a splash of water. Fold together with vinaigrette. 

Snack Cinnamon Hibiscus Tea

At least 30 minutes after dinner.

 

Day 6 - 7

12:30pm Lunch Warm Local Organic Egg + Arugula Salad

Warm in a pan with a splash of water. Fold together with vinaigrette. 

2:30pm Snack Turmeric Lemon Tea

At least 30 minutes after lunch.

6:30pm Dinner Poached Wild Salmon, poached carrots and fennel, herby pesto

Warm in a small sauté pan over medium-low heat with a splash of water. Fold together with pesto. 

Snack Cinnamon Hibiscus Tea

At least 30 minutes after dinner.
